MOVIE REVIEW: THE IMITATION GAME
I never really like a movie which is solely based on a person's biography, that is because I always think of it as less interesting comparing to other movie. The Imitation Game proves me wrong with their excellent actors and also superb storyline. During World War II, mathematician Alan Turing ( Benedict Cumberbatch ) tries to crack the enigma code with help from fellow mathematicians. THE GOOD Benedict Cumberbatch as Alan Turing really takes you on an emotional roller coaster. He is assisted by Keira Knightley, who plays Joan Clarke, the love of his life. Both of them showed so much on screen chemistry and such convincing acting in their roles that we forgotten that this is actually a movie. Benedict Cumberbatch nail his role as a cryptography genius and also a weirdo almost so convincingly that I somewhat think that Alan Turing was him or his ancestors. THE BAD The ending was badly rushed. That is because I guess most of the movie focuses on the earlier
