TECH REVIEW: Mi POWERBANK 10400mAh


The name is Xiaomi also know as "Small Rice" in direct translation and brings value for money phone and also accessories. I got the Mi Powerbank last week and have been using it ever since. Pretty sure lots of you have seen it for sale at http://mi.com/my for a super cheap price of RM 36!

The Powerbank is comes with super minimal which relates to the price you pay. You will not get multi cable or a charger for it, all you going to get is a usb cable to charge your phone with and instruction manual (incase its your first Powerbank)


Basic package.

Other than that, you will need to be charging your Powerbank when you receive it for good 10 hours using the pc (preferably) or just charge it using your phone charger which comes with usb slot where the charging going to be around 6 hours or lesser. Make sure to press the power button and if all LED lights up meaning the battery is now full and yout Powerbank is good to go!

TL;DR
Pros:
1. Cheap (RM 36 for 10400 mAh, cheapest Powerbank)
2. Brushed aluminum finish (looks classy as shit)

Cons:
1. Heavy (220g)
2. Slippery (because of the smooth edge and the brushed metal feel the PowerBank easily slips from hand)
3. Prone to scratches
4. Only one USB output
5. Available in one color only currently
6. Limited quantity available currently.

MOVIE REVIEW: THE BOOK OF LIFE

Animation keeps getting better these days and resulting a much nicer experience and also laughter when watching one. The Book of Life speaks about a fairy tale love where 2 guys, Manolo ( Diego Luna ) and Joaquin ( Channing Tatum ) tries to capture the heart of Maria ( Zoe Saldana ). The gods put their bets on either one to marry Maria and thus set one of them off to an adventure span on three fantastic worlds. THE GOOD The animation is beautiful. Everything inside the show feels like you are playing "Little Big Planet" . It really takes you on an adventure and the acting on all fronts are good. The voice acting couple with the singing and dancing really keep you feel touched and feel like dancing. There are some parts where you just keep wanting to know more what happens next. REVIEW: CASIO G-SHOCK DW-5600MS

I find it hard to not write about something like this as the price factor and the pure comfort of the watch. The 5600 series from Casio has been around nested nicely under G-Shock without much of anything to shout about. The design is different from the round type you see from the G-Shock series. The 5600 is more towards square shape and it sits in your arms really nicely. I am not much of a watch enthusiast but I have read more about watches in the last 1 year than about anything else. As much as I am not well versed in their terms, I think my knowledge on their movement and the material build is okay.
